Looking back at IFAT Munich 2026 🌍♻️
In May, Plast Center Danmark was represented at IFAT Munich 2026, one of the world’s leading trade fairs for environmental technologies, recycling, waste management and circularity.
Geraldo Mihut from Plast Center Danmark participated together with Svetlana Korniushina from Clean, representing the Circular Ocean-bound Plastic — COP project at the Waste Management and Recycling Pavilion.
Together, they presented results from the COP project and shared insights on how circular solutions can support better plastic and waste management, while contributing to the prevention of ocean-bound plastic.
IFAT provided a valuable platform to exchange knowledge with international stakeholders, connect with companies and organisations from across Europe and beyond, and discuss future opportunities for collaboration within circular value chains.
A month later, we are still bringing home new insights, connections and ideas that can support the continued work of the COP project.
Thank you to our COP project partners and to everyone who joined the conversations in Munich.
The COP project is co-funded by the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021–2027 with funds from the European Regional Development Fund.
