Two focused and productive days aligned partners around a shared vision and a clear path forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights from the meeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overview of project goals, structure, and timeline presented by Polymeris (POL)<\/li>\n<li>Partner introductions (POL, PCD, RKW, LINPRA, MAV, BIC), clarifying roles and strengthening collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Review of operational and financial frameworks, consortium agreements, and key inputs from \u00a0EISMEA and from other Eurocluster kick off meetings<\/li>\n<li>Deep dives into all Work Packages, addressing innovation, EU strategic autonomy, green and digital transformation, internationalisation, skills, and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day 2 moved from alignment to action:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to WP7 on project management and performance<\/li>\n<li>Interactive workshops on ecosystem analysis (WP1) and preparation of the first Open Call (WP2\u2013WP3), drawing on lessons from AMULET H2020 and POLREC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Outcome:<\/strong> a committed consortium, a solid roadmap, and strong momentum to build a more innovative and resilient European advanced materials ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all partners for the excellent engagement &#8211; MAT4EU is officially underway!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 28\u201329 October 2025, the MAT4EU consortium met in Brussels for the official Kick-off Meeting at the D\u00e9l\u00e9gation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la R\u00e9gion Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes.
