The event Advances in hygienic design and industrial best practice at Technical University of Denmark
On November 28th 45 participants participated in the event Advances in hygienic design and industrial best practice at Technical University of Denmark. The participants represented interest throughout the food value chain. The focus was on news concerning new knowledge on hygienic design and best practice in the industry at large.
The event was a great success and there was much debate during the day which covered the view of international food producers (Chr. Hansen and Mondelez) as well as Danish equipment manufacturers and service institutes and educational institutions.
